Shipping Policies:
- Dribamboo is currently shipping globaly
- We generally ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
- "Free shipping" means we will determine the best method for shipping your order. This will generally be USPS First Class or UPS Ground, but the actual determination will be based on the size, weight and number of boxes.
- Orders are processed Mon-Fri, 9 - 4 CST.
- If an item is out of stock and unavailable from our suppliers, we will ship the remaining parts of your order and issue a refund for the unavailable item(s).
- If an item is out of stock and available from our suppliers at a later date, date, we will ship the remaining parts of your order in the most timely manner, and ship the backordered items as soon as possible.
If there is a significant delay from the supplier, we will contact you regarding your order. You may cancel any part of your order at any time prior to shipping.
- DriBamboo reserves the right to cancel any order, in full or in part, at any time and issue a refund.
- DriBamboo reserves the right to change the requested shipping method if it is deemed more economical, safer or speedier. Any difference in shipping costs will be refunded upon request.
- We reuse / recycle our packing materials. Should your order arrive in a used box, not to worry, we're just helping to do our part!
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Google Checkout, PayPal Express and Amazon Payments. You may also print out your order, and mail it with a personal check.
We offer multiple payment options so you can determine the most suitable payment method for your needs.
Shipping Rates:
- The shipping rates shown at checkout are from UPS and USPS.
- From time to time we may offer reduced or free shipping rates. This will be clearly stated in the header of the site.
- Some items may have an increased shipping fee clearly stated.
- If you need an item shipped differently than our standard methods, please call us.
Returns / Exchanges Policy:
We do not accept used items for return for obvious reasons - including serious Health & Sanitation Issues.
There is a 30 day return policy on all items, (orders placed between November 22 and December 22 have a 40 day return limit) with the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be in original packaging to receive a refund.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- We are sorry but we do not pay for postage on returns.
- We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 15%) on obviously used items, and on refused international orders.
- Refused international orders will also incur charges for customs fees and duties.
- Return Procedure: Each order contains written instructions for returns.

and shipping address.

Please Note: Due to increased demand for many of our products due to TV features (ie - The today Show), advertising, etc., we can not guarantee that your selected size/color will be in stock and available for immediate delivery. If an item is not available from our on-hand inventory, we will process your order as quickly as possible.
